Referring Professionals
We regularly work with interventionists, other treatment programs, and members of the client health team to evaluate, treat, and transition clients. Referring professionals can expect a high level of qualified and experienced clinical care from our team which is comprised of licensed and credentialed professionals. Sober escort services and transportation planning can be arranged to facilitate a safe and effective transition to the center.
We Coordinate Care With Referring Professionals
Communication is key to success, comfort and confidence. We know that the professionals who refer clients to Decision Point are critical partners in client care. We respect our referring professionals by maintaining open communication. Regular status with clinical and case management staff is available to provide updates on client progress. In addition to family support and counseling services, Decision Point also manages the expectations of family members who want to understand what happens after admission, during treatment and what to expect when clients come home.
