Intensive Outpatient Telehealth Program in Arizona
Recovery That Works With You at Decision Point Center
If you’re ready to beat your drug or alcohol addiction and want to preserve your day-to-day life, Decision Point Center has a recovery option that may work for you. Our Intensive Outpatient Telehealth Program (IOP) gives you access to the same personalized treatment plan as our inpatient program but allows you to live at home and continue fulfilling your work and family commitments by attending Via Telehealth. Some patients thrive with intensive support and therapy but do not require detoxification or around-the-clock care.
If this situation sounds familiar to you, do not hesitate to contact our addiction treatment specialists at (844) 292-5010.
What to Expect
Intensive outpatient programs are, as their name suggests, intense. Our IOP at Decision Point Center is no different. After your unique needs are assessed, we will begin with at least 9 hours of group and individual therapy per week. Our facility adheres to Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) requirements, which means you will visit Decision Point Center at least 3 or 4 times a week for 3-hour therapy sessions.
Group Therapy
When you are struggling with addiction, it is important to remember that you are not alone. Our group therapy sessions allow you to socialize with other people in recovery and be honest with and supported by individuals in similar situations. Along with the rest of the group, you will also learn new skills and receive guidance from therapists and group leaders. You may be surprised by some of the insights you gain, even from group members who are a few steps ahead in their recovery.
Above all, group therapy is a safe space that encourages healthy communication and allows you to witness and interact with the positive sides of recovery.
To learn more about group therapy, visit our DBT page.
Individual Therapy
Not everyone feels comfortable sharing in large groups, so our IOP also comes with individual therapy sessions. These appointments are designed to dig deeper and allow you to open up about more personal matters to a therapist. You will see the same Therapist every week and establish a relationship based on mutual trust and commitment to recovery. If we can identify the factors that lead you to use drugs or alcohol, we can fight your addiction from the inside out.
Decision Point Center offers:
- Morning Telehealth Intensive Outpatient Program Via Computer, Tablet or Smartphone
- Group Therapy Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am-12pm
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Individual Therapy
- Relapse Prevention
Each member of our team has a different specialty and can help you craft a therapy program that will work for you. Get to know our specialists here.
Peer Support Groups
Decision Point Center wants you to have every opportunity to succeed. That’s why all participants of our IOP engage in 12-step groups and other peer support groups.

Stages of Addiction Treatment
The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) classifies addiction treatment options from 0.5 to 4.
- Level 0.5 represents early intervention services
- Level 1 represents outpatient services
- Level 2 represents IOPs or partial hospitalization services
- Level 3 represents residential or inpatient programs
- Level 4 represents medically managed intensive inpatient treatment services.
Our IOP is a level 2 treatment option. If this is your level of treatment, you may also be interested in our Partial Hospitalization Program.
If you are not sure what level of treatment you require, please contact Decision Point Center at (844) 292-5010 or reach out to us online.

This facility deserves a special recognition. They have been around for years but the services they provide and the recovery that comes out of their facility, only seem to grow over the years. I have worked with Stephen from the admissions department and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure clients feel comfortable and get the care they need. I definitely recommend Decision Point Center!!!!- Ashley B.
