Clinically-Based Addiction Treatment in Prescott, AZ
Safely Helping Arizona Patients Through Substance Use Disorder
Overcoming drug and alcohol dependency is extremely difficult, and you should not have to do it by yourself. Decision Point Center is here to help.
With our “you-based” programs, we can help you find the right path to overcome your addiction, and build tools for lasting sobriety. At our recovery center, we treat you like a whole person, and we never define you by your addiction.
Nevertheless, we know you are coming to us because substance use has taken over your life, and we want to help you get back on track.
That’s why we offer a residential inpatient program in addition to other recovery options. All of our programs will give you access to the valuable therapies and activities you need to uncover the reasons for your addiction and learn to enjoy life again.
In conjunction to the treatments and therapies we offer at Decision Point Center, we believe in creating sustainable support services. We understand that one-size does not fit all, so we give our clients the opportunity to experience 12-Step programs and alternatives, allowing them to find the support group that meets their needs.
Upon completing of our program, you will still have access to support. We understand that this is the beginning your journey toward long-term recovery, so we offer our Alumni Support Program to everyone who completes one of our programs.

Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation
Whether you abuse alcohol, take illegal drugs, or abuse a prescription, we can shine a light on the darkness of addiction. Many drugs make you feel good or forget about suffering temporarily, but the long-term impact on your health and relationships is never worth it.
At Decision Point Center, we have specialized programs for the following addictions:
- Alcohol treatment
- Marijuana treatment
- Kratom treatment
- Cocaine treatment
- Methamphetamines (meth) treatment
- Opiate treatment
- Heroin treatment
- Fentanyl treatment
- Benzodiazepine (benzos) treatment (including Xanax and Ambien)
- Prescription drug treatment
You will receive continued support fighting off your addiction. Our inpatient program offers 24-hour medical care and supervision.
If you find yourself struggling with any of the substances listed in this section, or even drugs like ketamine and Phencyclidine (PCP), you can trust our compassionate team to guide you through.
About Our Programs
We offer several options for recovery here at Decision Point Center. All our treatment options include, but are not limited to, individualized therapy with our specialists. Depending on the underlying issue(s), our program offers multiple one-on-one sessions per week to address a person’s specific needs. This allows us to meet you wherever you are in your recovery journey.
For those who are getting help for the first time, we recommend beginning your journey toward sobriety with our residential inpatient program. If you cannot take an extended absence, however, we also have an intensive outpatient program.
Overall, your treatment will depend on your unique needs, and all our programs include proven therapies like DBT and CBT, holistic enrichment activities, life skills development, relapse prevention, and alumni support.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Many times, drug and alcohol addiction do not occur independently. In addition to struggling with substance use disorder, you may have a diagnosed or undiagnosed mental health condition. Fortunately, addiction and mental illnesses can be treated together. Once you are sober, we give you the tools and resources you need to stay that way – no matter what comes your way.
We can also teach you ways to manage symptoms of:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Trauma disorders (like PTSD)
Neither drugs and alcohol, nor mental health conditions should take over your life. Our dual diagnosis program helps you stay in control.

This facility deserves a special recognition. They have been around for years but the services they provide and the recovery that comes out of their facility, only seem to grow over the years. I have worked with Stephen from the admissions department and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure clients feel comfortable and get the care they need. I definitely recommend Decision Point Center!!!!- Ashley B.
